We've recently upgraded the building structure and insulation.
We now use engineered roof trusses instead of 2x6 rafters, This gives better head room, allows for mechanical runs above the ceiling and we no longer have to do a drop ceiling in the bathroom to run venting. The profile of the building is a foot taller and the ceiling is now flat instead of sloped. The insulation is now poly iso which has a better R-value and performance.

Our FLEX model starts out as a large open plan room (like for an office, game room or gym) and you choose the options to make the space suit your needs like adding a porch, kitchen, bathroom or additional window & doors etc...

Our spaces are geared towards hospitality with efficient design and extremely durable materials that stand up to guest turnover but adaptable to long term living with a customizable layouts, kitchens and laundry space.

We build from engineered plans and 2021 International Residential Code.

All of our builds are 12' wide and 24'-36' long and range from 288-432 square feet.

-Oversized mini split for heat and AC
- 3/4" ship lap on all walls and ceiling so you can hang anything, anywhere without having to find a stud
- Smart humidity sensing bath fan that runs automatically so you are safe from mold and musty smells
- Trex decking on porches
