Charming reclaimed redwood tiny house for long-term lease

I am looking for a new place for my tiny house to live and someone to live in it! Ideally you are the owner of the land and want more room for friends and family and would like to steward it longer term while I am far away living in New Mexico. Ideally you have lived in a tiny house before, are mature and responsible, handy, and a compassionate communicator.

Details of the tiny house:
It is very large! 29ft long inside by 8ft wide with a large sleeping and storage loft. There is a propane stove/oven and propane hot water heater, compost toilet system, beams underneath the loft are 5'10" with the space between them at 6'2", sleeping loft with a king size mattress, futon that pulls out to be a guest bed, mini fridge, and wood stove that very efficiently heats the space. It has a compost toilet bucket system with sawdust and one bucket for poo, one for pee. I have lived with and experimented with many systems, and when well managed, this system doesn't smell and is as simple and useful as it gets. This space is very user friendly, but definitely for someone who can handle things like foraging wood for the winter, taking out the humanure buckets, and communicating if things need fixing or attending.

It is built from redwood with wool insulation so it is very nontoxic. There is a reverse osmosis water filter and a drinking water safe hose, and it only needs a regular extension cord to get powered up. Moves easily and is easy to hook up.
