The living room features windows on both sides for you to enjoy the views while relaxing on your futon sofa that converts into a bed for overnight guests and contains additional storage space beneath. The room can accommodate a 55" TV that you can install on the swivel wall mount and watch from the living room or from the bedroom in the loft.

The bathroom holds a stacked washer and dryer unit, flushable toilet, full size shower stall, in-line water heater, and sink and vanity with granite counter top. It also includes a bonus window for fresh air as well as a convenient slide-out hanging closet.

Climb up the ladder into the 60 square foot bedroom loft that fits a king sized bed and has plenty of room for clothes storage. The home is comfortably temperature controlled by a Pioneer Mini Split heater/air conditioner unit and a ceiling fan for optimal air movement.

Other admirable features of the house include a 16' x 16' deck, the charming blue metal roof, white vinyl siding, plentiful windows with custom, cordless, window blinds that allow an abundant amount of natural light, yet offer privacy when needed, 12 foot vaulted ceilings, and beautiful wood laminate flooring throughout.
