The house measures 24' or 28' long and 8' wide and under the 13.5' height threshold. This means it can be easily transported to your parking site, anywhere in the continental United States.

The tiny house is NOAH/ANSI certified which means it can be parked legally in most tiny house communities. It also means is can be parked in many municipalities that allow mobile homes (check with your local planning and zoning department).

This certification also means it can be more easily financed with certain lending institutions. Lastly, you know it was built with longevity and quality in mind.

This tiny house was designed and manufactured to withstand 155 mph winds and constructed to provide long-lasting use. Insulation- R15 in walls, R19 In ceiling and R24 in floor
