Cedar Tiny House

Unfinished tiny house for sale. Cedar siding inside and out. Metal roofing. Sturdy 16 foot tandem axle flatbed.

This is a well built house, but it's the first one I've built and would rather go on to building a newer better one instead of messing around with this one. Electricity is in, but plumbing is not.
Trim and flooring needs installed, as do windows. House is on trailer but not secured to it. I would make it is before you hauled it away.
Lots of imperfections but a cute house and well-built overall. Just needs someone to finish it and turn it into what they want.

Living area, LOTS of book shelf space, kitchen with plenty of storage, large pantry area, large closet area with lower storage box, dining area, office /desk space, bathtub space and area designed for a composting toilet with an exterior door space for easy removal.
