Very cozy and well made mini house. 8" Cedar siding with corrugated tin around the bottom and roof. Built 15 months ago. Nice covered porch. Unfinished inside. Built to code for the Lake Tahoe winters (but we've had minimal snow). There is room for a loft. You would have to make the arrangements to have it moved to the location of your choice. Custom French doors made of Solid wood with double pane windows. There's another door of the same quality. 2 double pain Pella Windows. Bronze trim.
