Cedar lap Tiny Idahomes

I am a tiny house builder in Idaho and this house is sold but I can build you one just like it or to your specs. The house itself 26' long by 8'6" wide and sits 2' off the ground. The loft is 10' long and has 4'2" head clearance, the kitchen has 6'8" head clearance, fits a full size fridge and has a spot for a washer dryer, you will see one picture of what the home owner has done with the space. the bathroom is full galvanized walls and a custom rusty look shower floor. It is a full wet bath so no need for shower curtain, or worry about water spilling. It has a composting toilet and a full stainless steel sink. This house was spray foam insulated and has a gas wall heater, along with a mini split heat pump/air conditioner.
