This model features a downstairs bedroom (bedroom can be left open as in the pictures shown above, or be enclosed - customer preference). Some people like to leave the space open as they feel like enclosing the bedroom makes the living space smaller. Some people like to enclose their bedroom for privacy. We can do it either or. We can create a tiny house that is as close to off grid as possible with holding tanks, composting toilet, battery operated lights and systems and solar panels.

This model also offers a generous storage loft above the bathroom. Metal roof, board and batt or V groove as a standard exterior siding (other options available), Blow in fiberglass batt - R15 insulation (other insulation available) . All interior walls can be pine tongue and groove or bead board or plywood. Fully furnished kitchen. Heating and cooling options available.
