We had a dream of making the COOLEST TINY HOUSE you'd ever seen. (Well, actually we are still dreaming about it...) But with two kiddos and too many businesses, the timing just isn't right to give this baby everything it needs.

Our loss is your gain!

We bought this just over a year ago from a woman who was building it for a ski retreat. However, her interior builder didn’t finish in time, so she went out and bought something else and sold it to us!

We were super excited because there was more then 20k worth of work put into it.

Including:
-Reinforcing the trailer base
-Building the entire exterior shell
-Cedar siding(!)
-A great roof (we’ve never had any water in all of these crazy rain and snow storms)
-Windows and a 3k skylight that opens with a remote
-All new insulation
-Finished interior ceiling and recessed lighting
-some progress on flooring and interior paneling
-a ton of new electrical, but not all finished


We then took possession (had it driven about an hour and it drove well). We gutted the rest of the old trailer interior and cleaned it out. And NOW it is ready to be finished into the Tiny House of your dreams!

We are asking $7000 or best offer in AS IS condition. You will be responsible for towing the trailer to your location.

Owner must take possession and move trailer no later then April 30th.
