Every inch of space is maximized in this home with brand new cabinetry and smart under stair storage. The living area downstairs can double as a sleeping space with a daybed or more, while there's plenty of room for a queen bed in the loft. Or use it for more storage. The bathroom features a flush toilet and full stand up shower with classic subway tile and matte black Delta fixtures.

Buttercup has new metal roof, partial metal siding, and cedar siding in a Japanese Shoji style. The tiny house is heated and cooled with a mini split, and has a propane hookup for the tanked water heater (could be easily converted to tankless),
