CODES?
Check your local planning and zoning and then your building department. Ask about a code-build tiny house on wheels/trailer OR a small stick build. They often will want foundation, permits, inspections. Can do, Just good to know first.
A primary dwelling on land will be more costly then a 200sqft no permit needed shed/playhouse/cabin in the county or backyard.

Lucky. We have some of the friendliest codes in the county/state and I can build affordably for you. I can complete a budget site built house for you in 10 weeks ready to move in.

LIVE IN COLORADO OR NEARBY (under 400 miles from Delta, Colorado 81416? )
Models on wood skids save money, but cannot always meet code. I have to use a special truck and trailer to delivery./
$4/mile delivery.

SITE BUILD HOUSE IN WESTERN COLORADO?
IF Montrose, Mesa, Gunnison, Garfield and most counties (EXCEPT Delta County) I can ONLY build your shell (engineered stamped and framed to code) and you finish interior. Because of inspections.
Max size would be about 14x36ft.

WHY TINY HOUSE ON WHEELS?
Portable
OK in most any RV parks.
OK in about 50% of USA and Colorado counties IF purchase proper hookups ($$) from county or town, just like a regular house. Some areas allow ADUs.
But....Add $5800 to 9800 for DOT trailer (cannot do cheaper trailer or you run into issues).
