With 13 windows and lots of recessed LED smart bulbs, this tiny home is bright day and night. All natural cork flooring and birch paneling throughout provides a warm and quiet living space. Ample amounts of insulation in both the walls and floor keeps the indoor temperature always pleasant and never freezing—including the plumbing! Stay extra warm on winter nights with a charming electric fireplace that provides 5000 BTU. Two closets and other cabinets and shelves can support oodles of storage space.

In the kitchen, full size appliances, including a 4-burner propane stove with convection oven and griddle top, and full size sink allow for comfortable daily cooking. Rustic beechwood countertops and white subway tile makes for plenty of prep space and easy cleaning. Enjoy meals at a foldable dinette. The kitchen is also equipped with a compact Electrolux washing machine, microwave, and heaps of cabinet storage space.

Powered by a 110V electric water heater, a relaxing hot shower awaits in the full size walk-in tiled shower. The bathroom has a lovely porcelain vessel sink atop a vanity cabinet. For extra privacy, the toilet room has a sliding pocket door.

Watch your favorite streaming service on the flat screen TV and chill in the living room area that's complete with shelf space for electronics, speakers, decor, and much more. Beneath the couch cushions is a hidden storage space.

Sleep well in the 88sqft master bedroom loft that can easily fit a king size mattress. Above the living area is a guest loft with 40sqft to enjoy.

This tiny home is fitted with a durable and sustainable metal roof and sits on a high-quality Iron Eagle trailer. There are 4 leveling jacks—1 in each corner—for a solid and grounded home. The gross weight is under 10,000lbs—a 3/4 ton truck is ideal for this tiny home!
