This custom 30-foot Castle Peak model is on a trailer designed for tiny homes, D.O.T. compliant, and RVI certified to meet NFPA/ANSI 1192 standards. The exterior features LP SmartSide and steel siding with a standing seam steel roof, fresh paint in 2023.

Inside, large windows bring in natural light, making the space feel open. Double-glazed vinyl windows have top-down-bottom-up shades, and front and back doors let you enjoy both yards. The white interior is brightened by natural pine accents.

The kitchen combines style and function with shaker-style soft-close cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel farmhouse sink, modern gas appliances, microwave, and a Summit refrigerator. A folding ladder in the broom closet provides access to tall cabinets. Storage, including two pull-out pantries, double trash can pullouts, a pan drawer, a mixer pullout, and additional storage in the living area, is integrated under the stairs leading to the main loft.

The main loft fits a king-size bed with ample headroom and open shelving for your clothing and linens. A closet at the base of the stairs offers 36" of hanging space. The second loft can serve as a bedroom, office, or storage.

The bathroom includes a large vanity with a quartz top, spacious medicine cabinet, linen cabinet, Cinderella gas incinerating toilet, 36” shower, and a stacked 24” washer and dryer.

The home is heated and cooled by a wifi controlled Pioneer mini split heat pump, and a gas Truma AquaGo Comfort Plus provides instant hot water. Must be relocated. No owner financing. Some Furnishings, Deck & Shed are available, as well as flush toilet option ($2500 toilet credit), lets talk.
