This 24' x 8.5' x 13.5’ tiny house is newly finished and ready to be taken home to it's perfect location. This house is built on a brand new 2019 custom Carson made tiny house trailer bed with 2 - 7,000 lb axels and Trailer brakes. It is registered through the DMV and RVIA certified through NOAH.

Timber framed with treated knotty pine exterior siding and a zen shou-sougi-ban style stain. The roofing is custom copper-toned corrugated metal and includes three Velux skylights, one of which opens in the loft for extra light or star-gazing at night.

The interior siding is shiplap pine that has been seam sealed and painted a beautiful eggshell snowy white. There is one-of-a-kind hand-made stained glass that separates the wall of the downstairs bedroom / living room, you won't find this beautiful piece anywhere else!

Insulated with Rockwool and spray foam. The subfloor and walls are R13 and the ceiling is R19.

We have created a unique downstairs sleeping/living room area where the dual couches slide back to create a slated-bed. This bed has custom-made cushions that creates a sleeping area that is 6” wider than a queen-sized mattress and 16” longer. Beneath the couch’s are custom-made large drawers that are perfect for clothing storages. There is a beautiful picture window in this room that is perfect for sipping morning coffee in bed while watching the world around you.
