Comfortable bedroom in an 8'x10' loft with queen bed and high a sloped ceiling that's 5'9" high on one side and 5'1" on the other . The 2nd loft has a sloped ceiling height of 3' and 2'4". Large total space of 384 sq ft, including lofts. This home was built by an individual with loving care, intended to be taken to live in Wyoming and on the road for travel. It has high quality construction, appliances and features. Not a contractor build, and does not have RVIA or other certifications. Has plenty of storage, no wasted space, plus an extra 4'x8' storage area.

You'll be comfortable with the Cooper & Hunter CH-12SPH 12,000 BTU ductless mini-split HVAC unit, plus the Cubic Grizzly mini wood stove with Eco fan for an extra boost in a cold climate. Eccotemp i12 lp on-demand propane water heater, 2-stage water filter, dual-pane energy efficient windows and dimmable LED lights.

Kitchen has Whirlpool 18 cu. ft. stainless steel refrigerator, Samsung 5-burner stainless steel gas cooktop, Braun 30" stainless steel range hood with LED lights, Kraus 30" undermount stainless steel sink, Waring Pro convection oven (fits 9x13 pans), butcher block counters.

Fold down tables for eating plus desk with monitor mount.

Bathroom includes a Separett composting toilet, VIGO handmade glass vessel sink with waterfall faucet, and Splendide 7100XC washer/dryer combo.

Construction is 2x4 wall framing 16", 2x8 ceiling joints 24", high quality metal exterior. R-13 wall insulation, R-30 ceiling insulation, wrapped in Tyvec plus double reflective foil between the metal and wood sheeting.
Wired with 50 amp rv-style plug on the outside, plus a 30 amp plug in the storage area for generator. Has a residential breaker box. Has water hookup plus a 20 gal onboard freshwater tank.

Trailer is 20,000 G.V.R.W. Gooseneck with 7,000lb braking axels (3), LED lights, ST235/80R16 LRG tires, steel studs (joists) 16" OC.

Please note that the porch as well as the curtains and rugs are not included. It is ready for you to drive it away with a one ton truck, or have movers deliver it to your location.
