Built over top of a tandem axle trailer, the 11-foot wide home is 28 feet wide and offers a spacious 306 square foot of living space. The tiny house on wheels is traditionally lumber framed and is sided with composite siding. There is a boxed eave for protection from weather and pests, white trim, and a standing seam metal roof.

Because of the 11-foot width the home feels much larger than it is. Upon entry there is a sizeable kitchen to the right complete with base cabinets, upper cabinets (all painted green) with matte black contemporary door pulls, a full size fridge/freezer combo, a 4-burner electric stove and oven, a microwave, a deep enamel sink with oversized faucet, and a beautiful butcher block countertop. Further to the right and behind an inward swinging door is the master bedroom. That’s right! This beautiful tiny house offers single level living to accommodate anyone and everyone who doesn’t care to climb into a loft night after night.

The master bedroom offers a beautiful view with three oversized, single pane windows and is complimented by recessed LED lighting. There are plenty of electrical outlets throughout the room and the white walls are given depth by hand scraped hardwood floors. There are two distinguishing features of the bedroom though. The first is the set of french doors that enters and exits directly into the room and the second is the large closet with mirrored, sliding doors. It is a beautiful room with ample space.

Beyond the kitchen to the other side of the house is the living room. With space for a two-cushion sofa, it is a great area to watch a good movie and even get up to pop some popcorn without missing a scene. The wall across from the sofa is a great space for a dining table, a TV mounted to the wall, or your favorite piece of art. Behind the sofa area is another large picture window.

Just past the living room is the modern bathroom. Private and well-equipped, the bathroom features a rounded shower stall, a flush commode, a sink with a single cabinet, and a vanity mirror. There is also a small, sliding window in the space to assist in ventilation and steam; a well-thought out inclusion.

The jolly green home has a mini-split system with both heat and air and the home is insulated with R-19 insulation. It is a 30-amp home with water hookup and an on-demand hot water heater.
