Hand Built 20 ft. THOW - Brand New and Near Complete!

We started building this tiny house before our family grew bigger than it could accommodate. As such, we are looking for a quick sale. We have over $30,000 of materials, appliances, and labor put into the home, but are willing to negotiate.

Master loft can fit a king-sized mattress with a little room to spare; the second loft is the same with a twin.

The bathroom needs to be finished but is outfitted to hold a 46" tub or shower and can easily be plumbed for a flush toilet and sink if desired.

The bonus room next to the bathroom is sized to fit a toddler/crib mattress but can be used for storage, study, or whatever you want!

The kitchen includes storage stairs to main loft, full-sized refrigerator, and a washer/dryer combo. Cabinetry, countertop, and shelving of your choice need to be installed. Hot water is tankless and already installed using PEX tubing for shower/bath, washer/dryer, and the kitchen sink. The kitchen outlets are wired to run everything up to convection ovens, induction burners, and hot plates.

"Great room" has two large windows (one casement, one single-hung) to maximize natural lighting and an open feel. All windows are Andersen 100 series. These windows are made of a composite material so they are stronger and more insulated than vinyl but don't have the maintenance of wood. All the glass is tempered to prevent breaking.

Heating and cooling are provided through a centrally located and professionally installed mini-split system which also provides dehumidification to prevent condensation build-up.

Built on a Tumbleweed trailer the roofing is sheet metal and exterior siding is HardiePlank Lap. Both have made it through rain and snow unscathed! Also contains a vapor barrier, fiberglass insulation in the walls, and Blue Board insulation in the floor. Flooring is laminate and interlocking to be almost completely waterproof.

Electric and water hookups are standard RV connections.

Other than what is mentioned here, there is a little interior siding that needs to be installed (already provided) and drains need to be installed for the water to exit the house. All siding (interior and exterior) can easily be painted to suit your style.

A great tiny house no matter your needs, but especially desirable if you are on a time crunch and want to skip past the 'guts' and focus on the interior design!
