Access to the home is through the Full Lite Right-Hand Inswing exterior door that opens directly into the kitchen with its blue metal and stainless steel cabinets. The kitchen has a full-size sink with a large window above it allowing for lots of natural lighting. There are also base cabinets that give a tremendous amount of storage.

To the left of the kitchen is the guest sleeping or living space. Washed in the light of three extra-large, single-pane windows, the area is wonderful for lounging or even sleeping. It has room to hang a television or enjoy reading a good book during the day. Like the rest of the house, the walls are shiplap and the electric lighting is provided by recessed LED light cans. The living area also predominantly features large, exposed beams that have only been stained (not painted) giving the home an eclectic look with a craftsman feel.

All the way across the house is the bathroom downstairs and the sleeping loft upstairs, accessible by a ladder. The bathroom is kept private thanks to a sliding barn door and inside is a complete, metal shower with a removable shower wand, a flush commode, and even a sink with vanity space. There is a hot water heater on board that keeps all the water stations flowing with warm, comfortable water. This bathroom definitely won’t have you roughing it.

The loft above the bathroom is a unique shape due to the roofline of the tiny house. It is, however, large enough for a King size bed with ample headroom. There is a dedicated light in the loft and a horizontal casement window to allow light and ventilation even when it rains outside!

To keep you comfortable all year round the mobile home has a mini-split HVAC unit as well as a window unit air conditioner. The entire house is well insulated and the large windows allow for plenty of heat during the colder months.
