Brand-New, Fully-Outfitted Tiny House

This is a brand-new, move-in ready tiny house on a 24-ft. x 8.5-ft trailer built by a contractor with 18 years of experience building custom off and on-grid homes in Taos, New Mexico. Please note that the photos on this listing are of our first model, which was built on a 20-foot-long trailer. The current 24-foot trailer will have a larger bathroom, kitchen and loft, with the living room remaining the same size.

The price includes almost everything you need to immediately start living in this tiny house off-grid (or on), including a 24-volt, 1.24kW solar system, propane hot water heater, composting toilet and propane heater.

All you need to start living in it is:
a) a place to put it (land is not included with this tiny house)
b) water to fill up the water tank
c) a standard propane tank
d) maybe a mattress, couch, tp, towel and some pots and pans if you want to do "crazy" things like sleep, get dry after a shower and cook your breakfast or dinner in it

If you'd be putting this on an existing property with electrical and water hookups, no problem--it will take you a couple of minutes to connect a hose and plug the tiny house into an existing electrical supply with the built-in connectors. We can even remove the solar if you don't need it and we'll reduce the price by exactly how much the solar cost us.

Other things to know...
The tiny house is 241 square feet, which includes 192 SF downstairs and 49 in the loft.

Price doesn't include shipping (you can pick it up, we can get you a shipping quote or you can contract a shipper from Taos, NM on your own). Shipping prices will of course vary with delivery to the east coast costing at least $5,000, the west coast roughly $3,500 and a closer trip down to, for instance, Santa Fe $650.

We unfortunately don't offer loans, but there are lending options out there. Start with a Google search for "tiny house loan." If you find a lender and they want to talk to us about the tiny house's construction, we're happy to chat with them.
