The gorgeous 24' Dogwood Tiny House was custom built in Western North Carolina. It is completely custom made, all the cabinetry and stained glass was done in the builder's shop. Hand cut cedar shingles on the gable, wormy maple counter top, walnut, alder and cypress in the trim and cabinetry. It is well insulated with Rockwool and very sturdy.

Precision and attention to detail went in making this a unique, durable, efficient home that feels great to live in.

Once inside you get a sense for how truly comfortable this space is. It has a very open concept, lots of light, and cozy, with everything you need to live comfortably close at hand.

Pioneer 12,000 , 4 burner stainless GE range with with vented microwave over, Rinnai on demand propane water heater, hickory engineered hardwood floor, W/D hookups... This will make a nice primary residence or a lovely rental cottage.


Plumbed for conventional toilet, but compost can be added.
Wired for a fridge/freezer and propane line ran if desired.
BTU mini-split is not installed but can come with the tiny house with the buyer
