At 235sq ft it has much to offer, a generous kitchen with a peninsula for eating and gathering, ample seating, a decently large bathroom for a tiny house, and a loft that fits a queen size bed.

The tiny house feels much larger than it is, with strategically placed windows and a lofted ceiling. One side of the tiny house has large open windows to take advantage of any views and allow natural light, while the other side lends itself to be more of the private side. The dark exterior opens up to a warm and light interior. It stays cool with cross ventilation and when that isn't enough the mini split can cool the space down quickly.

This tiny home has much to offer in it could easily be a home for you or a rental/passive income. It has space for a washer/dryer unit and space for a microwave or dishwasher unit as well. There is plenty of storage throughout the whole tiny house, while still leaving room for gathering and living space.
