This home offers about 192 square feet on the main level with overall dimensions of 24 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 12.5 feet tall. It weighs approximately 13,000 pounds. The layout includes one spacious loft that fits a queen-sized mattress and one full bathroom with a flushing toilet and standing shower.

The structure was built strong to Florida code standards and features a durable metal roof designed for long-term performance. Insulation includes R-34 in the roof and R-22 in the walls, helping significantly with heat resistance and efficiency in Florida’s climate.

The home includes 50 amp electrical service, a mini-split heating and cooling system, propane on-demand hot water, and a standard hose water hookup. Everything is straightforward to connect, making setup easy whether you’re placing it locally or relocating it elsewhere.
