Partially Complete Tiny House

I am selling my "half done" tiny house. The exterior is nearly complete, aside from some soffit that needs to be done under the overhangs. Tuffrib metal roofing (shed-style roof), spray foam insulation, and stairs installed.

There has been no plumbing or electrical installed behind the foam. I was planning on keeping most of it exposed. The house is framed off of a dual axle heavy duty "bumper pull" trailer. The house is ready to be customized as your own, I wish I could keep, but need to sell so I can afford some land and hopefully start again!
