Unassuming on the outside yet incredible inside, the Boho Chic tiny house on wheels is an absolute gem in the modern tiny house movement.



Built atop a quad-axle trailer and with brown corrugated metal skin that is textured to appear as wood grain, the entire home is not what one would seem. Entry is through a standard full-lite door and will bring you directly into the kitchen; seemingly the epicenter of the structure. Flanked by rainfall blue cabinetry the quartz countertop has an inset, 4-burner gas range, a stainless steel oven, an overhead microwave, and a beautiful copper apron front sink. Combined with the tall windows at the sink area, it seems this kitchen was built to both cook and entertain. The space also has a stainless steel dishwasher and an LG washer/dryer combo. There is an apartment-size fridge in the space as well. The countertop extends beyond the cabinets to make room for a party of two to enjoy a meal or work on their laptop. The kitchen is also home to an AC unit which really does cool the entire house.

Moving to the right of the kitchen is a fun room that is currently used as a meditation room. With its size and a large amount of light, it could make for a cozy bedroom or an “in-home movie theatre”. The ceiling is right at 4ft. high so while you can’t stand in it, you can certainly lounge the day away. Not to miss any detail, the room also has a built-in bookshelf in the corner. The entire space is kept private thanks to a blue pine, hinged door.

The living room area can be found above the ‘meditation room’ and up a set of boat steps. The space has a railing made of wood and stretched cable, and allows for an oversized loveseat or a set of dual recliners. There is ample wall space to hang a television or fill with books. If you choose, you can make the ‘meditation room’ the living room and put a home office in the ‘living room’. This tiny house has lots of options.

Across the kitchen is a door into the bathroom. The single vanity has a natural stone sink (as opposed to a porcelain bowl) and storage underneath. The tub/shower is a standard 5’ tub and is perfect for an adult or even a child! What you may not expect is that the bathroom is a “jack-and-jill” style bathroom because it has a door that leads into another bedroom. While not huge it can fit a full-size bed and still leave floor room for moving about.

For the master of the house, there is a full bedroom up a set of stairs above the bathroom and junior room. Of course, the stairs double as cubbies for the kitchen. It is a fantastic feature. The room itself is perfect for a queen-size bed. There are windows on either side to allow for ventilation and cross-room circulation. If that weren’t enough, there is also a closet at the foot of the bed with nearly 3.5’ of hanging room. From this room, you would not know you were in a tiny house on wheels.

Throughout the home are woodgrain vinyl flooring and shiplap walls. There are plenty of windows to provide natural light all year long. There is a whole house water softening system and the house receives gas and electric. Truth be told, the home is not one that can be toted from Maine to California and back, it is a perfect way to reduce your footprint and live in a more cozy, efficient environment.
