Nestled into the Madison Range of southwest Montana, just 80 miles from Yellowstone, is this beautiful 18-foot long tiny house on wheels. Built by Tiny Mountain Houses from their Lincoln Peak plans the tiny house offers 210 square feet of luxury! RVIA certified and built on a heavy-duty, tubular-steel, tandem-axle trailer, each axle has independent braking with corrosive resistant automotive finish. The trailer also has 4 mounted scissor jacks for extra stabilization.

One of the most unique features of this tiny house is the barrel roof design that provides a 30” overhang extending above the entry to protect you from rain and inclement weather while entering the home. The exterior is a lovely mixture of board and batten, LP SmartSiding panels, and cedar accents. The overhang features two rustic light fixtures and the pumpkin-colored, 6-pane window entry door welcomes you home to a cozy and smartly appointed interior.

Upon first entry, there is a small seating area underneath a storage loft. The loft is secured by a swinging gate that runs parallel to the barrel ceiling. After moving through the sitting area there is a small kitchen area that features laminate countertops for durability, a tile backsplash, and a 24” stainless steel, top mount sink with an 8” deep basin. There is also a 2-burner glass top range with an exhaust hood overhead.

Continuing through the kitchen is a bathroom complete with a 36” fiberglass shower stall, a small face basin with a single cabinet, and a standard flush commode. Back out in the kitchen area across from the workspace is a set of stairs that lead up to the 7’ by 8’ loft bedroom with a 4’ ceiling. Cleverly hidden behind the stair treads are small storage ledges for extra storage.

The entire interior has a rustic charm accented by the vinyl laminate flooring on the main floor, the exposed beams overhead, the rich brown cabinetry, and the stained casing and trim work.

Each of the 10 windows is high-efficiency, dual-glazed, vinyl, Low-E, argon gas residential windows that allow for a beautiful view of the vast Montana sky. To keep warm on those snowy nights the entire house has R-15 blown fiberglass in the walls and ceiling and R-13 fiberglass batts in the floors.

The entire home is powered by 30amp service and is wired for shore service.
