HUGE Tiny is not an oxymoron in this case! 42 ft x 8.5 ft custom built NOMAD gooseneck tiny home on wheels. NOAH Certified build! 396 sq ft with plumbing and/or Incinolet for wastewater, propane for stove & water heater, part way to off-grid capable if desired. Lived in and loved Aug 2020 - May 2023. It has been sitting but regularly checked on.

Huge kitchen with fold up bar-height table. Living room can fit a pull out queen couch if desired for extra sleeping space. Gooseneck fits a queen with room to move and loft can fit up to a king depending on desired use of space. Ground level bedroom can fit a twin bed or be used as an office / other private space.
