Tiny house on wheels

This Tiny House is a custom 24 ft. farmhouse that is road ready. Its on a 14k double axle trailer. It has a 9000 BTU Samsung heating and air conditioning 220v ductless mini split system unit. The house has a 50 amp electrical system equipped with on propane on demand water heater, an electric 2 burner stovetop, full size microwave, kitchen sink, and an under the counter all in one clothes washer and dryer. A full sized refrigerator, and a full bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.

The house has LED recessed lighting, a Solid oak flooring, solid wood tongue and groove interior walls and ceilings, with insulated glass windows Floors, walls and ceilings well insulated as well. Cedar siding on exterior, and metal roofing. It comes with a certificate of origin for a vehicle. The house has a deck included if wanted. It is 184 sq. ft plus a loft,  7' - 8" X 7' - 0"
