We have some great adventures in this THOW. High-quality, beautiful, 2 loft (sleeps 3-4) custom tiny house on wheels. The two lofts have been secured with sliding barn doors to make them totally child-safe. Larger loft fits a queen size bed (mattress included) and plenty of storage room. Smaller loft fits a toddler size bed (mattress included) or a twin size bed. There is also a couch that my toddler slept on when she didn't want to climb up the stairs.

Bathroom has a Nature's Head compost toilet and large shower. The kitchen comes outfitted with a large sink and LOTS of cabinet and countertop space, the space is customized with a 2 burner stove top and under counter refrigerator. Lots of outlets throughout the tiny house and she is RVIA certified, making insurance easy to acquire.

House is located in South Carolina currently, but on wheels so can be pulled anywhere and we can assist with delivery quotes. Make an offer today, as this beauty is a find!
