This full length (30 foot) Thomas Built school bus was lovingly converted into a 192-sq.ft. tiny home by an expert carpenter, complete with reclaimed hardwood floors, built in cabinetry and shelving, and poured concrete countertops.

The roof has been raised and covered with wooden beatboard, and the original windows are stacked to produce larger views. The former rooftop emergency exit has been converted into a skylight.

Wooden panels cover two inches of housing insulation, and a built-in wood stove keeps the entire space toasty in the coldest weather.

Water access: ceramic sink with faucet that can be connected to a hose or other water source, as well as a pipe for waste water

Kitchen: 4 burner gas stove with hookup to propane tank (also included, though hose may need replacement)
Fully wired with two circuit breakers to run lights, refrigerator, A/C unit, etc.
Wooden farm pantry bench with enamel top

Storage: built-in bookshelves and cabinetry, as well as shelved side-table.
Large wooden armoire/wardrobe with shoe rack, clothes bar, and shelving for other clothing

Also comes with a petite loveseat that fits perfectly over the wheel well.

The bus runs and is fully functional, though the nature of the built-ins means that it’s not really intended to be used as an RV. This conversion was designed as a satellite dwelling, and has been used as a living space, office, and artist’s studio at various times.
