This is an artisan built tiny home with high attention to detail using local materials and craftspeople to highlight the artistry of Nashville, TN. The owner designed this home in partnership with engineers and contractors and is ready to find its new owner as she is moving to Europe. 
It is off-grid ready with a robust solar-power system, 100 gallon water tank, and two grey water tanks,

The design inspiration for this tiny home was “when you step inside, you should feel like you didn’t step inside”. It feels like a Mediterranean retreat full of light thanks to the three massive skylights and 9 windows throughout. The tile is locally handmade by Red Rock Tile Work. The concrete countertop is custom made by Nick Matlock from Van Art Designs. The bathroom metal doors are custom designed and built by the tiny home owner. The front and side dutch door are made from solid mahogany wood. There are white ash and walnut hardwood accents throughout that make the home feel rooted and grounded. This is no mass produced tiny home. Heart and soul went into this home and the owner wants it to go to the right next person.
