Beautiful Tiny House

I am selling my hand made ,original design ,beautiful UNFINISHED Tiny House .

I start the construction in 2014 on a 24' TNT( Rochester WA) 10.000 lb double axels NEW trailer.

Dimension: 25'x8.6'x13.6' (exterior)
Siding : Hand made milled local cider 3/4"x 8"
Roof: 24 gauge metal PVDF (Kynar 500 ) Rustic Steel(W45)
Hitch : Andersen "No-Sway" Weight Distribution Hitch 14.000 lbs GTWR (2-5/16" ball) TMD system
Skylight : Four 4'x2'custom made open able skylight with 3/4 Tempered Insulated Glass
Loft : One loft (sleeping) 10'x 7.3' and one 5'x 7.3' with FOUR FEET hight on the center
Toilet : Compost ( bucket )
Appliances: Propane and 110v

NO RVIA certified

Things that need to be finish :

Roof insulation (last 1 1/2" part ) and ceiling cover
Cabinets
Shower
Loft stair
Main entrance door and other small things

I will update the posting with responses to the questions that I receive with more information for everybody.
I am currently living in it.
I can deliver it to you for free in Olympia region. I will charge for more distant place in US.

I am building and i have already build some window sill ,trim and shelf around etc.
