This is one of our standard, most sought-after floorplans (the floorplan name is New Beginning). As such, we are now offering this floorplan in a shell-only build. This is a great option for the DIY'er that wants to do the interior finish themselves, but would prefer the help of a Tiny Home Builder to make sure the "bones" or shell is built professionally.

Tiny Home shell includes:
• Trailer Made trailer/foundation on 8' wide trailer
• Subfloor cavity filled with 4½” closed cell spray foam (R-31+)
• 3/4” Advantech tongue & groove subfloor
• Exterior wood framing (extra fees apply for steel framing)
• Simpson Strong-Tie framing anchors
• ZIP System Sheathing (walls and roof), ZIP tape at seams

The base price for this shell including the features listed above is $21,400.

• Frame exterior utility closet
• Install metal roofing
