Living area has a pullout grey couch with storage and the wall had USB plugins built in that feed directly to your 70" projector. All manuals and instructions for door lock, solar panel system, compost toilet, stainless steel side by side full size fridge, dishwasher, Co2 detector, projector, tankless water heater, central air/heat unit, stacked washer/dryer combo and trailer are in the home for usage if needed.

Home is not furnished but does have couch, projector and screen, fridge with water/ice, dishwasher, water heater waterfall stand up shower, high end compost toilet, washer/dryer, roof covered in solar panels with energy storage bank, stove/range and one main loft and a secondary loft. Interior is white sheet rock with wooden floors and ceilings. Stunning and a must see!

Lets talk about the property it resides on. Know that there is a monthly fee that is charged by the landowners (Mr. and Mrs. Anderson, incredible family and couldn't be kinder) as they installed 220/110 power hookups, water and sewage hookups and in addition cover your trash as well. The home is already completely hooked up into all these hookups and is ready to move in immediately. Mr. Anderson is also moving his 500 gallon propane tank over by the tiny home to hard line into it so that you are not having to refill the 2 normal tanks that are pictured below every 10-14 days (pending on usage.) If you have been seeking to do tiny living and done any amount of research than you now know that this is a very unique and amazing opportunity as trying to find land with these hookups can be difficult. The charge is $600 a month to the Anderson's and that covers everything (accept WiFi if you want it. We did get the cable already laid though you just have to get a router from Direct) Water, electricity, sewage, land usage is all covered by this monthly fee. I am active duty military now stationed in Florida so the Anderson's will be the one's showing the home.
