Are you looking for a tiny house absolutely built for adventure? This beautiful, on-grid/off-grid THOW is a gem - recently completed and comfortable for 4 adults.

Built on a tandem axle trailer the 21’ long tiny house (153 sq. ft.) has all the bells and whistles you may be looking for in a small space. The trailer also has an electronic braking system and a 40 lb. propane storage area. The exterior cedar lap siding with an exciting mix of board and batten painted moss green. There are 6 Anderson 200 series crank-out wood sash windows for ample natural lighting and the roof is a ¼” rubber membrane with a rise from trailer hitch to bumper. This allows for the sleeping loft.

Once you enter through the full glass entry door you are immediately in the “all-purpose room” with its custom pull-out bed. On two sides of the pull-out are generously sized windows which really allow the space to feel much bigger than it is. The walls are birch paneled (and stained) with mahogany trim. The “all-purpose” space leads immediately into the kitchen, which is outfitted with base cabinets and floating wall shelves. At the end of the base cabinet between the two spaces, is the solar power control center. It is a very clean installation. That same area also has a folding table for either working or eating. The kitchen has a stainless steel sink, a pullout drawer fridge, a gas stove/oven, and hot/cold water. Across from the base cabinets in the kitchen is a mounted, ventless gas fireplace.

Just beyond the kitchen is a private bathroom that features a tiled floor, a shower stall with bathtub, and a Natures Head composting toilet. The water in and out is courtesy of a 40-gallon fresh and grey water system. Above the bathroom is an 8’ x 9’ sleeping loft accessible by a library ladder system. The loft flooring is cork and because of the rise of the roof, has great headroom!

In terms of solar power, the tiny house is equipped with a 400-watt solar array system including a 2000-watt inverter, and a battery charger/maintainer.
