Custom built in 2020, this 221 square foot, 3 axle tiny house on wheels is a gem! She has style. She has space. She has a huge WOW factor. And she can be yours for a very reasonable sum.

At 26’ long and 8.5’ wide, the attention to detail shown in this THOW begins outside. Wrapped in slate grey composite lap siding and topped with standing seam metal roofing, the house also has six windows and a full lite outward swinging entry door with encase blind for privacy. Additionally, there are gutters on both sides of the tiny house, external electrical outlets on both sides and extra storage. Super cool sconces light the door.


The entry door leads directly into the kitchen which is an extremely functional and beautiful custom base cabinet with undermount sink and black faucet. All drawers and cupboards are soft close. The countertop is a rich walnut and includes a 2-burner propane stovetop. Underneath is a full size microwave. Up above are a series of open walnut shelves that are perfect for storage and for displaying vintage cookbooks, liquor decanters, or anything else you may want. Across the kitchen is a single walnut countertop that features a built-in mini-fridge. A few steps further leads into the spacious bathroom.

Moving out from the kitchen through a sliding barn door is the bathroom has geometric pattern tile flooring throughout. The 50-inch, walk in shower with stationary glass as opposed to a curtain features a subway tile surround and tile/quartz niche. Another subtle detail is that the on/off handle is opposite the shower head so you stay dry while turning on the shower! It is an unbelievable shower experience for a tiny house (or ANY house). The bathroom has an Incinolet incinerator commode, a walnut bathroom vanity, semi recessed vessel sink, a modern black faucet, quartz countertop. The custom three drawer vanity conceals the on-demand hot water heater and still leaves room for storage. Leaving the bathroom and moving to the other end of the trailer, a set of stairs cuts the midsection. They lead up to the 4-foot high master loft by walnut stair treads with a galvanized metal handrail. The loft itself has two blown out dormers that allow for more generous headroom in the space. Both sides of the loft also have gliding windows for air circulation and temperature control and come with black out blinds for those mornings you just need to get a little more sleep. Near the headboard is a pair of two-way switch controlled sconces that are controlled at the top of the stairs and above the bed. For easy on/off.

Underneath the sleeping loft is the living room which is perfect for a 3-seat sofa and television space. There is a window in the space for natural light and plenty of wall space for framed art and photos.

Some windows are obscured by decorative film that can be removed if your locale is scenic. Only the bathroom window is actual obscured glass.

Looking out from the couch at the entire home, you will notice a countertop affixed to the wall - across from the stairs - that is a great place for 2 or 3 to eat or work. And can fold down for extra room. Quite the versatile home. It also comes with a premium ceiling fan with three operating speeds and an overhead light and remote control. A mini-split unit for heat and A/C so temperature control is never a problem.
