Beautiful Modern Farmhouse - Custom Built 28' Tiny House

We designed and built our dream tiny house on wheels, and have called her home for nearly 2 years. Due to our long commutes to work (parking regulations) and harsh Minnesota winters we've decided it is time for somebody else to realize their tiny dream. Custom designed and built, Henry formerly worked as a high-end residential home framer, Sophia worked in the design world as a drafter. Hired licensed master electrician and plumber for all electrical and plumbing.

Locally sourced materials and attention to non-toxic/low VOC materials throughout the home. Custom built on a 28’ triple axle Iron Eagle Trailer. Walk into the home with a full-lite wood door, all the windows and natural light you could want and a fun circle window feature. Custom food storage shelf and plenty of kitchen storage, with many unique storage solutions incorporated throughout the home. Over 18' of prep space in galley-style kitchen featuring custom Maple countertops with a 30” farmhouse sink. Matte black Moen fixtures throughout and newly touched-up trim. Stainless appliances, CubicMini Grizzly wood stove, and high efficiency 12,00BTU Mitsubishi Mini-Split. Extra storage in the integrated front and rear exterior storage boxes, rear storage has hookups for propane tank(s). Custom stairs, with integrated drawer storage and coat closet, allow for easy access to the main loft. Cedar ladder allows access to the guest loft. Price includes all appliances that are currently in the house (Rinnai On-demand water heater (V65lP 6.6), 21” Furrion propane 3 burner stove with oven, Mitsubishi mini-split, Whirlpool fridge, Nature’s Head composting toilet).
