We are a small staff consisting of a creative couple who enjoys building hand-crafted custom tiny homes, and an experienced finish carpenter. We are not a large operation so our buyer will receive our undivided attention. If you enjoy finishing work, Option 1 is the perfect project for you! If you just want to move right into a space that is hand crafted (I am a custom cabinetry designer & have designed several tiny homes / ADUs, Joe is a talented carpenter with decades of experience), then you'll want Option 2 or 3. Option 1: $38,500 – Buyer Completes Interior Seller Completes: Siding/Roof/Windows/Door/Plumbing & Electric Rough-In/Insulation/Drywall.

Option 2: $58,500 – Seller Completes Exterior/Interior 50% Deposit Fixtures/Appliances/Design Determined by Seller (Design Specs will be Provided) Stairs Interior Paint (White) Trim Flooring Lighting Fixtures Bath Fixtures Shower/Sink/Toilet Kitchen Countertop & Appliances 24" Propane Range/Oven/Vent/Sink 24" Refrigerator/Water Heater Custom Cabinetry Kitchen/ Under Stairs Storage/ Vanity Ply Slab Alder - Buyer Selects Finish or Paint Grade (buyer paints)
