Built with care in 2022, structurally very strong, well insulated, with modern amenities and tons of natural light. If placed on a foundation, this house could be maintained for a century! It can be parked anywhere like an RV. The tiny house has a mini split for heating and cooling as well as a safe, efficient wood stove. There is a full bathroom with stand up washer/dryer combo, shower with glass surround, tankless water heater, and composting toilet. It would be simple to change to a flushing toilet and connect to a septic system if desired. Gray water all runs out a 2" PVC pipe currently. The house has a full kitchen with custom built cabinets, large sink, full size fridge, and propane stove. The bedroom at the back features a queen Murphy bed. There are three bunks for children currently, but this space could be converted to other use if desired, such as pantry, small office, or storage. The house has four, six-thousand pound axles. It would be best moved by a towing company or other professional with a large vehicle. The front entry is included and can come off for transport.
