This stunning tiny house measures 24' in length, 8' in width, and falls below the 13.5' height limit, allowing for easy transportation to your desired destination throughout the continental United States and Canada. It holds the prestigious NOAH/ANSI certification, signifying its adherence to the highest safety standards and making it eligible for legal parking in most tiny house communities.

Crafted with longevity in mind, our tiny house is designed to withstand winds of up to 155 mph, providing you with utmost durability. Moreover, it is fully insulated, featuring R15 insulation in the walls, R19 in the ceiling, and R24 in the floor, ensuring your comfort throughout the year.

After gathering valuable feedback from tiny house residents over the course of 12 years, we have created a tiny house that caters to the desires of many: affordability, certification, a ground-level sleeping area, and long-lasting durability. The interior boasts an open concept design with a downstairs sleeping area capable of accommodating a queen-sized bed, along with ample storage space for your clothes and personal belongings.

The kitchen is equipped with a spacious stainless steel sink and a propane two-burner cooktop, facilitating effortless meal preparation and cleaning. A 12-gallon hot water heater supplies hot water to the kitchen sink, shower, and bathroom sink. Additionally, the waterproof LVP flooring and resilient LP Smart Siding contribute to the virtually maintenance-free nature of this tiny house.

The storage loft above is ideal for storing infrequently used items, while the interior walls are adorned with charming shiplap wood, complemented by a beautiful pine tongue and groove ceiling. The bathroom features an elegant 30" vanity with storage drawers and a sliding barn-style door, blending functionality with style flawlessly.
