Hi! We built this bus ourselves in 2022. We drove it on a road trip across the country from California to Rhode Island. The bus has been well maintained in our hands and prior. It is a retired transit bus to California's city of Petaluma. NO RUST. We bought it in CA and have all of their maintenance records with the purchase. The interior wood is a blend of pine and cedar. New organic avocado mattress and organic thermal curtains. Food safe resin on table. It has an original pull down two belt VW passenger seat. Two windows open out. Above the bed is extra storage for clothes blankets, anything! Bamboo floors.

Outdoor stove that we will convert to the indoor stove for you before purchase if you prefer it. Mini fridge. We can also instal a mini grizzly wood burning stove on top of the drawers near the bed. We bought it and designed that space to do so. Warm propane safe outdoor vented water heater. 800 watt solar system, 2 24 volt batteries and a back up solar jackery!

The roof fan for summer heat works great. New compostable toilet not pictured but included! It's placement is under the front wood table which you can staple cloth to the rim to hide from view. So much accesible storage inside and extra storage under the bed accessible through the back side doors. The bed lifts for partial inside access as well! 100 gallon water tank under bed. All 6 brand new all terrain tires! The engines main components were rebuilt in 2017 while still in the cities hands. Runs like she's brand new. We're looking for her perfect match.

We drove from California to Rhode Island in a month, stopping at major state parks in California, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado along the way.

We ultimately decided it was best for us however, to sell rather than take any more adventures at this time. It's a beautiful and comfortable home and has a great vibe to travel in. Great to travel yourself or live in as a tiny home, rent out, or air bnb.
