This gorgeous, brand new bungalow is made with beautiful 6” wide cedar siding inside and out. It has 120 ft² of living space with a generous tongue and groove pine sleeping loft for an additional 85 ft² and features elegant built-ins throughout to maximize space and streamlined living. It also has a welcoming 10’x5’ porch with steps and a 18’x6’deck, creating a feeling of extra spaciousness in the home and a relaxing outdoor living area.

The layout allows for flexibility of use. There is a spacious 33” shower, a 18” kitchen sink and 7 ft. of counter space. The house also features a brand new top quality Nature’s Head composting toilet, accessed through a separate entrance.

The design is passive solar and the house is well insulated. South side summer shading and well-placed windows allow for great ventilation and cooling in the summer.

There are two parallel water systems installed for flexibility of water source and seasonal temperatures. Both systems use a propane hot water heater. All systems can be fully drained down if desired. The house is wired for 120 electric and can easily be hooked up to a small inexpensive solar power system to run off grid.

The sturdy trailer can be licensed and meets all highway requirements and has new heavy duty tires. Most towing companies can easily haul it. The deck and porch are made from reclaimed redwood and were designed to be easily disassembled into three parts to be transported.
