Built in 2016, this beautiful 192 sq. ft. tiny house on wheels is supported by a tandem axle, heavy duty trailer, and has all the essential functions needed for comfortable, tiny living. The design is time-tested in that it is little more than a rectangle with a slope roof. However, the exterior cleverly engages both lap siding and corrugated metal. Worked together in an ‘L-shaped’ pattern and trimmed out in white, the home has 8 windows and standing seam metal roofing.

Entry to the home is through an inward swinging, full-pane door with latch handle and deadbolt. Privacy is courtesy of a blind built into the glass itself.


To the immediate right of the entry is a comfortable sitting area that also folds into a bed for guests and downstairs sleeping. Above the couch bed is an in-wall air conditioning unit and a propane-powered wall heater. Across from the entry is a dining booth with a dropdown table that also turns into a cozy sleeper.

The kitchen is located to the left of the front door and is equipped with base cabinets, a small stainless steel sink, formica countertop, and a 4-burner stove/oven. The kitchen also has a wrap around stainless steel backsplash to keep the walls protected. One of the eight windows is just above the kitchen workspace and allows for venting and fresh air. The kitchen also has a full size refrigerator with a freezer above. The entire area is incredibly functional for full time use.

Across from the kitchen is the private bathroom which houses a fiberglass shower enclosure, a lovable loo compost toilet, and a single cabinet vanity with sink.

The most unique feature of the Blue Gala is that at the far end of the house it has both a private downstairs sleeping area (with two full length wardrobes) and an upstairs sleeping loft! For less than 200 square feet this tiny house on wheels has maximized every inch.

The interior of the home is pine tongue & groove and utility plywood allowing for finished looking walls that give room to hang your favorite plants or photos as well as offer the coziness of a wood cabin. The flooring is a dark wood laminate and lighting throughout is recessed LED.

The electrical hookup and water inlet are both conveniently located on the outside of the home.
