This beautiful steel framed tiny house sits on top of a premium built trailer and steel frame kit from tinyhousefoundations.com. The exterior is well designed with wood accents and steel siding all around. The steel siding is light weight, and had virtually no maintenance. You enter through a 48" double door into a beautiful kitchen that even includes a small kegerator. Appliances include a 15.5 cuft ss refrigerator, ss vent hood, kegerator, ss 3 burner propane stove with oven, washer/dryer combo, 12,000 BTU mini split, on-demand propane water heater, and 2-30lb propane tanks with sensor. Its accompanied by 30" farmhouse sink with all fixtures in the home being brushed nickel. All the appliances are wrapped in light grey custom cabinetry and topped with 2.5" butcher block counters. The interior finish is a tongue and groove spruce painted in a light grey and accented with early american stained trim and a subway tiled back splash to match the shower. Ladder accessed loft for storage or sleeping built with exposed beams. The 3/8" engineered hardwood floors are light but stand up to the test of time. Lots of windows and two skylights makes the home feel open and bright. The bathroom entrance has a stained sliding barn door. Inside there are exposed beams, a 32x32 corner shower with glass surround, bath exhaust fan, vanity, and a standard flushing toilet. Ascending the stairs you will notice the 2 ft deep drawers for that extra storage you may need. Stairs lead up to the gooseneck area that you can stand in with a full built in closet and desk area. The queen bed sleeping area is atop the bathroom and with the pitched roof it feels very spacious. The bed platform is accessed by a small custom made ladder.
