This is a shell we acquired and finished out. 2x4 walls r 13, 2x6 ceiling R 19, 2x4 floor r 13, metal roof, t 1 11 siding.
Knotty pine tongue and groove interior with corrugated metal accents.
Handmade cabinets, handles, and hinges.
Live edge epoxy river countertops and dresser tops.
Queen bed in master with storage under, clothes storage and cubbies. Master bedroom is up 4 steps at the front.
Bathroom is at the rear and has tiled shower, regular flush toilet, live edge epoxy river countertop, washer dryer combo(to be installed), and vinyl flooring.
Custom lighting throughout including a retractable ceiling fan with changing lite colors and a Bluetooth speaker!
Mini split heat and a/c.
fridge to be installed.
Gas stove with vented microwave hood.
Couch pulls out for spare bed.

We are waiting for the fridge, washer dryer and water heater to show up so we can finish this. We also are changing the axles to a larger size due to weight of trailer about 12k lbs. This should be ready to go in about 3 weeks depending on supply issues.
