Window seat is large enough for twin mattress, and could be rigged for a double or queen. Window coverings are top down/bottom up. Large under counter fridge, two burner propane cook top. Microwave.

Exterior siding is heavy gauge and designed to turn rust brown. Deck and awning included. Triple axel- mobile home style wheels and brakes. 50Amp connection. Dual 9 Gallon Propane Tanks. Built in 2021.
