Beautiful 28' x 8' Tiny House! This custom tiny was built in 2017 and has a beautiful exterior design and interior. I purchased this from the original owner who custom built this himself with excellent craftsmanship. It has 310 square feet of living space which includes 2 sleeping lofts, living room area, kitchen, and full bathroom. House is built on a Trailer Made 3 axle trailer, propane on-demand hot water heater, propane 4 burner gas cooktop w/ range, propane heat w/ thermostat, Natures Head composting toilet, full size fridge, custom cabinetry, shiplap interior walls, Roxul insulation, and bathtub/shower. Photos attached shows its current state empty and when it was furnished so you can see what it could look like. Definitely has a cabin like feel. It doesn't have laundry, but there is a cubby under stairs that has the correct dimensions for a washer/dryer combo unit. The exterior has a lot of character and has a metal roof, and the interior gets a lot of great light with plenty of windows. This house was used in Coal Creek Canyon, CO so withstood the harsh winters with no problems. It is available for viewing at the RV storage facility it is currently stored at. Also includes a 200' heated hose. There are a few items that need finishing to make complete. Window molding around one window in each loft, two of the bathroom walls needs finishing up to have it all buttoned up and closing off plumbing below on-demand hot water heater (if you preferred it). I just didn't have the budget to finish, but everything works. You'll see it in the last 3 photos.
