Beautiful 26ft tiny house – space and storage miracle

Dear tiny house lovers,

after living the tiny house dream in Portland, Oregon for almost two years we are going to head back to Germany to be closer to our families with our baby boy – and are looking for tiny house soulmates to sell our beloved blue box to. We bought this jewel brand new and empty in November 2019, turned it into our dream tiny house over the last one and a half years and are seeking to ideally hand it over at the end of August 2021.

As there were many people asking about it: The spot is unfortunately not available for leasing on since our landlord has other plans with it.

plumbing was done to UPC standard
structure built to IRC standard
the roof is R-13 Owens Corning insulated and is vented, the joists are 12" on center with 1/2" plywood and then TigerPaw barrier over that, then the metal roof; the floor is R-19 Owens Corning; the windows all have Typar water barrier on all sides per the building code
wiring meets national electric code standard
appliances were new when we bought the house in November 2019 and all have their manufacturer’s warranty
last exterior paint: September 2020

We would love to give you a tour for sure – but due to Covid (and having a 3 months old living here amidst this pandemic) would limit in person visits to those who are seriously interested.
