Beautiful 24' x 8' double loft farmhouse style tiny house

I bought this little gem of a house in March 2020 and have lived in it for a year in total. I can honestly say that I adore this house and selling it has been a very tough decision for me to make. The area that I want to live in unfortunately has strict codes against tiny houses. So I'm being forced to part with her and hopefully pass her on to a new loving owner.

Many RV parks will allow you to park the house there, you just always have to call in advance to check their rules. The house requires 50 amp service and must be hooked up to a water supply line. There is no separate water holding tank like you would find in a typical RV.

My Dad pulled this house with a 2500 HD gasoline engine truck all the way from Virginia to New Mexico with no issues. The house can be pulled with any 3/4 truck though, and we can help with delivery if that is needed.

I currently do have insurance on this home with a Portland based company for about $50 a month. If interested in obtaining insurance, I can pass their info along to you.

Everything is in great, working condition. Propane stove top and oven, full size fridge, 15 gallon electric water heater, air conditioning and heat, shower, toilet, large ceiling fan, etc.
No microwave in this unit.
