OBO Awesome 4x4 Tiny Home (Previously Joyce, WA Fire Engine)

We commute between Camano Island and Tukwila Washington nearly daily and are willing meet and/or deliver along Western Washington and East to the Cascades for a fee per mile. As we work M-F, delivery beyond the Cascade mtn. range would be difficult and require more planning than we would prefer. Exceptions can be made if necessary.

We are selling our project THOW as we work on it. Price to fluctuate as more is completed.
This is a 1966-1967 1600 LoadStar 4x4.
-Runs great, well taken care of.
-Diesel engine starts every time, very reliable.
-No power steering (really the only draw-back)
-Easy to work on as "butterfly" hood allows access to engine with ease (only needed new master cylinder when we bought in early 2020)
-Used to be Joyce, WA fire engine.
-Built by welder/hunter to be taken to the mountains (or anywhere really!) for hunting expeditions. Two pullies mounted outside "front" door from steel roof. (Can you say AWESOME!! [if you're in to that sort of thing:])
-Hand welded steel frame and shell.
-Electrical to be ran and intended to be off-grid (solar paneling to come)

In photos, the boxes of appliances are placed where intended to be installed.
-Joolca water heater/pump and trough shower to left as you walk in.
-Sink to be placed in counter on left as you walk in.
-55gal water tanks x2, one under each countertop (possibly to be moved under home portion or suspended from above for gravity pull/pump.)
-Cubic Mini wood burning stove to be mounted to wall where placed beside counter.
-L-shaped couch (transition to full bed) to be built in "lounge" area with..
-Whynter fridge/freezer combo under seat.
-Stove to be piped to propane tanks outside front door.
-Natures Head composting toilet to be installed where box is located on the right as you walk in front door.
-Counters, floors and cabinets to be remodeled
-Walls to be remodeled/painted (and re-insulated if needed. Currently insulated with foam board insulation, if need redone, will use spray foam)
-Roof to be resealed (no leaks or water damage and none anticipated. Just "OCD" on my part lol)
-Large outside storage areas
-2 gasoline tanks (have to figure out how to change from one to the other.)
-Currently paint outside is a DIY (ugly lol) brown and tan camo haha, that WILL be changed

**Update- we are no longer going to be working on the truck as we are moving out of state on short notice for a job opportunity. Price of 15,000 reflects only truck in as-is condition and above projects are now suggestions not actual. We are willing to sell all hardware already purchased and not installed in new condition unopened in box.
