Clever use of space with convertible furniture allowed us to create a very roomy single level home with loads of storage . We custom built a Murphy /sofa with shelves. Added a custom built dinette that converts to a single bed, and purchased a coffee table that rises to create a desk or table space . We built in large drawers on easy glide slides to maximize the storage options. The kitchen has full size appliances with both a 30 inch stove and a microwave. The counter space and sink leave nothing to be desired. The bathroom has a 32 inch shower with Glass doors , and a full size vanity. This house is contractor built and NOAH certified . Financing available with good to great credit. This design is excellent for rental or elder care as it has no stairs or headbanger lofts.
